As a Chopra Center for Wellbeing Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Instructor, I apply mind, body and soul medicine. I facilitate a course to help assist clients Perfect Health using a beautifully designed five-lesson process. Sequentially, I lead clients through the theory and practical application of mind-body healing and Ayurveda. Each client will gain competence in determining mind-body constitutions (doshas), leading mindfulness meditations, developing daily ayurvedic routines, understanding ayurvedic herbs and nutrition, teaching gentle energy-opening yoga postures, awakening the body's inner pharmacy, and creating emotional freedom.
