I am passionate about teaching the Ayurvedic practices that restore balance.  At a time when our population is pressured to meet the ever fluctuating and stressful world, I teach practices that inspire both progress and peace. Science has proven that through consciousness/mindfulness practices we can manage pressure, anxiety and trauma. This is the industry of Science I study and teach today. MISSION

 With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Masters in Public Health, I have been guided to this path of teaching consciousness/mindfulness based healing.  After working 17 years in Research and Development, I am committed to a greater cause, your balanced health. Physical, emotional and mental health are all nurtured through the Ayurvedic approach. I am a Vedic Educator(Vedic Master), certified by the renowned Chopra Center for Wellbeing in all their programs for wellbeing.
